(1) It shall be the duty of the Committee to carry out all the work to be done by the Board, exercise the rights and perform the duties under this Act and the regulations made under this Act.
(2) The committee may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act to any member or any authorized employee of the sub-committee or board as per section 11.
